For your convenience we have detailed our policies below. We hope this will ensure your salon experience will be comfortable & memorable.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our Independent Stylist and their value of professional time blocked for you , please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment Please note we enforce a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. If you need to make any changes to your appointment please give the Independent Stylist proper time to offer your appointment to another guest.. When booking appointments over $50, The independent stylist may requires a 20% deposit for these services. When you come in for your service, your deposit will be applied to your total charges.If your appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, or you didn’t show up on your appointment your deposit will be retained by the service provider.
As a courtesy to all of our clients, we cannot guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
If you are running late, please call us at your earliest convenience so we may try to accommodate you
Due to artistic nature of the services provided by Independent Stylist the value of the money is time spent to make you look great. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with the Services please contact with in 3 days with the Independent stylist who served you to find a solution for you .We can not provide Refund for any service provided by the Independent stylist but we are sure your Independent stylist will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. For all products purchased and not used and in its original packing we provide refund with in 7 Days and store credit or replacement product till a month. All sales of Gift cards, hair extensions, brushes, accessories , jewelry and miscellaneous items are final. No returns and no exchanges.
